Return of goods policy:
Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been despatched. In this event, please contact email@example.com. If the goods have been despatched as ordered, they can be returned for a refund, but only for the cost of the goods if they have incurred a delivery charge. All returns must be organised within 21 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, still have their original packaging and labelling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid where appropriate). Goods purchased at Outdoor Emporium stores cannot be returned to Outdoor Emporium Direct.
Once the returned goods have been checked your account will be credited. Items cannot be exchanged. If you would like a different size or style you must return the original item, and then order the new one.
We recommend you use the Royal Mail, 'Proof of Posting' certificate service for parcels under £20 value and the 'Compensation Fee Parcel' service for parcels over £20 value.
